Important Note: MDM Hisab follows a strict No Refund policy. All purchases are final and no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

Scope of This Policy

This No Refund Policy applies to all paid purchases made in MDM Hisab, including purchases for creating a hisab and generating/downloading the PDF document pack for a month record. Purchases are hisab-based (monthly record), not based on the number of centers.

Situations Where Refund Is Not Available

No refund will be provided in the following cases (including but not limited to):

• Change of mind: If you change your decision after purchase
• Technical issues: If you face a technical problem (we will assist and support you)
• Non-usage: If you do not use the purchased hisab/document pack
• Account or device changes: Changing phone, resetting device, changing account, etc.
• Service interruptions: Temporary downtime, maintenance, or updates
• Feature updates: Changes in app features, design, or workflow improvements
• User error: Incorrect data entry or mistakes while using the App
• Device compatibility: Issues related to device performance, OS, or compatibility

Before You Purchase

We recommend you do the following before making a purchase:

• Read the purchase details carefully inside the App
• Understand what is included (hisab creation and PDF documents for that month record)
• Try a demo hisab if available
• Contact our support team if you have any questions

• Google Play Billing (in-app)
• Other payment options (only if provided through official support communication)

Once a payment is successfully processed, it cannot be reversed or refunded.
