1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using MDM Hisab (“the App”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Service Description

MDM Hisab is a 100% Gujarati mobile application designed for MDM Sanchalak to prepare month-wise MDM (PM POSHAN) hisab and to generate the required PDF documents for submission and office records.

• Create month/year-based hisab records
• Save center setup and preferences (shops, rates, and defaults)
• Generate category-wise breakups (e.g., Vegetables, Grocery, Gas, Dalaman, etc.)
• Download the Document Pack in PDF (including IFMS, PFMS, Alpahar, Sukhdi and required vouchers)

3. App-Only Access

MDM Hisab is provided as a mobile app. Hisab creation and document generation are available only inside the App. A website (if available) is not required for creating hisab.

4. User Account & Responsibilities

To use MDM Hisab, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information (name, phone number, email if provided)
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access

5. Center Data, Monthly Entries & Accuracy

The App generates calculations and documents based on the information you enter (center settings and monthly figures). You are responsible for entering correct details. If incorrect data is entered, generated outputs may be incorrect.

In some cases, once a month record is finalized/saved, edits may be restricted. Please review your entries before saving.

6. Purchases (Hisab-Based)

MDM Hisab may offer paid access for creating a hisab and generating/downloading its PDF document pack. Purchases are based on hisab (monthly record) and not based on the number of centers.

You may be able to check a demo hisab for free. However, to generate documents for your own center/month, a purchase may be required as shown inside the App.

7. Payment Terms

• Payments are processed securely through official platform billing (e.g., Google Play Billing) where applicable.
• Once the purchase is successful, access for that hisab/document pack is enabled.
• You are responsible for any taxes or charges that may apply.

8. No Refund Policy

Important: MDM Hisab follows a strict No Refund policy.

Once a purchase is completed, no refund will be provided in any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Not using the purchased hisab/document pack
• Entered wrong data and generated documents
• Device change or account change
• Any technical issue (our support team will assist to resolve it)

9. Data & Content

You retain ownership of the data you enter. By using the App, you allow us to store and process your data to provide the service, generate PDFs, and maintain backups for reliability and security.

10. Prohibited Use

You may not use MDM Hisab to:

• Violate any law or regulation
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data
• Upload or share harmful, abusive, or malicious content
• Use the App for fraud, misuse, or deceptive purposes

11. Service Availability

We aim to provide a stable service, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes to features, and may suspend access in case of misuse or violations.

12. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including incorrect outputs caused by incorrect user inputs.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• You violate these Terms
• Fraudulent or abusive activity is detected
• There is misuse of paid features or attempts to bypass limits

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

15. Disclaimer

MDM Hisab is an independent utility app to assist documentation and calculations for MDM (PM POSHAN). It is not affiliated with any government organization.
